Life Coaching - Regular Session

Service Description

This is only available for those who have gone through the Evaluation Session. If you have not completed that and this is ordered, it will be canceled and you will be refunded. If this is your first session the flow will be as such: - In the first 10 minutes we'll go over the best way for you to manifest based on what we discussed in your Evaluation Session. - From 10 - 40 Minutes we will go over the different techniques for you and how to implement them. We will practice and go over different things that will make these changes easy for you to do during the times when you are not in session with me. - From 40 - 60 Minutes we will recap everything and go over action plans or anything else that comes to mind during the session. If this is any Session following the first one, the flow will be as such: - In the first 10 minutes we'll discuss how things have been between sessions. Where you saw growth or where you saw things stop or even reverse. - From 10 - 40 Minutes we'll go over the techniques we implemented previously and see where you felt they worked/didn't work and we'll make adjustments as needed to ensure you're leaving the session feeling confident. We will practice more if needed and go over anything that will really help you become your best new self. - From 40-60 Minutes will be recapping everything and going over action plans. **NOTE*** Products may be suggested during sessions to help you, I am not a salesperson and nothing will be forced upon you to purchase, but it will at least be discussed and explained why said product may help you in obtaining the goal you wish to seek.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are non-refundable; therefore, any appointment may be rescheduled to a later date and/or time, assuming that date/time is available. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before the original appointment. Reschedules may be made within 6 hours of the original appointment. There will only be a 10 minute window before and after the scheduled appointment. Tardiness beyond 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in automatic, non-refundable cancellation.
